Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 working hours of receipt. Please note that working hours do not include Sundays or public holidays. (but sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as preparation time delay or logistical issues)

Delivery Timeframes:

Tamil Nadu:  Orders within Tamilnadu will be delivered within 2-3 working days of shipment.

South India (Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana): 3-5 working days

Rest of India: 4-7 working days

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on orders above ₹999 within India

Shipping charges for orders below ₹999 will be calculated based on weight and delivery location

Delivery Partners: 
We use reputable courier services including DTDC, Delhivery, Professional Couriers, and Ekart Logistics.
Order Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number via email/Message once your order is shipped

Track your order on our website using the provided tracking number

Address Changes:

Address changes can only be made within 6 hours of placing an order

No changes allowed after the order is dispatched

Additional charges may apply for address amendments after dispatch

Failed Deliveries:

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to failed delivery attempts

Delivery Restrictions:

We currently do not ship internationally or outside of India

Perishable Items:

Some sweets and perishable items may have shorter shelf lives

We recommend consuming these products within the timeframe mentioned on the packaging

Delivery Delays:

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays

We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order
